Starting when meeting and greetings and getting to know each other a bit. There will be a lot of information and discussions about spirituality and a lot of things to practice if you like. After 20 minutes of meditations, you will be driving to the Jambiani east coast of Zanzibar to visit Kuumbi cave( the Living room cave) the name came from size and the everyday ritual happening inside. You will learn about the first people habitant and visit the small museum on the site. There will be 20 minutes of meditation and exotic fruits lunch before we are heading to Mkuza cave for swimming in the cave.
